The Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s parliament, on Thursday elected Andriy Parubiy, an MP from the Popular Front Party, as the legislature’s first deputy speaker.
Oksana Syroyid, an MP from the Samopomich party, was elected vice speaker of parliament.
