The European Union’s top official for foreign policy Federica Mogherini plans to hold talks in Kyiv with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko on the crisis in the country’s east, as well as discuss needed reforms.
Mogherini, a former Italian foreign minister, said earlier she was ready to help resolve the crisis over Russia’s annexation of Crimea and Moscow’s backing of militants in the east of Ukraine, Ukraine Today informed.
