Russian-backed militants have resumed the broadcasting of two Russian television channels in Donetsk that are banned in Ukraine, National Security and Defense Council spokesman Andriy Lysenko said at a briefing in Kyiv on Thursday, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
"In addition, a newspaper entitled Peaceful Donbas is ready to be edited on the territory controlled by military groups of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic, and it will be distributed with a circulation of 100,000 copies, and will [promote] the ideas of separatism and terrorism," he said.
