Ukraine and Georgia will coordinate their policies on European integration, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin and Georgian Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Davit Bakradze agreed on Wednesday in Kyiv, according to the report of the Department of Policy and Communications Office.
According to the report, the ministers discussed topical issues of the Ukrainian-Georgian relations, expressed mutual support for the territorial integrity of the two states, and agreed the mutual desire to strengthen bilateral cooperation and to share experiences on the implementation of reforms.
In particular, the two discussed the practical implementation of their respective countries’ association agreements with the European Union
"In addition, the parties paid special attention to issues of regional security, especially in the Black Sea and the Caucasus regions," the report says.
