"According to the decree No. 23 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from January 30, 2015, certain provisions of the agreement between the Ukrainian and Russian governments on visa-free travel of the Ukrainian and Russian citizens have been suspended," the report says.

In particular, from March 1 the Russian citizens will not be able to enter, to transit, stay or move freely in the territory of Ukraine on the basis of an internal passport of the Russian Federation or a birth certificate (for children up to 14 years), as previously.

However, all citizens of the Russian Federation who have arrived in Ukraine by March 1, will be able to use their entry documents on leaving, and will not be required to obtain foreign passports.
