Despite Nemtsov’s computers, where the files of evidence had been stored, being seized by investigators after his death, Yashin said that other copies of the information is safe, according to the British newspaper the Times, Ukraine Today reports.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko suggested that Nemtsov's murder was related with his intention to publish a report on Russia’s involvement in the fighting in eastern Ukraine.

Nemtsov was shot four times in the back on February 27 on a bridge near the Kremlin in Moscow. He died at the scene.
