A blast that occurred overnight Wednesday in Odesa in a three-storey residential building is considered the most powerful of the mysterious blasts to hit the southern port city to date.
Despite substantial damage being caused by the explosion on the ground floor to four apartments and six vehicles outside, no residents sustained any injuries, UkraineToday reports.
Rescuers cleared a path out of the building for four people trapped on the ground floor.
Local authorities described the incident as a terror attack.
