The European Union's Delegation to Ukraine has explained the rescheduling of EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini's visit to Ukraine by the fact that she was to accompany European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, who has recently cancelled his visit to Ukraine.
Mogherini was due to come to Ukraine on March 30, David Stulik, the Press Officer of the EU Delegation, told eurointegration.com.ua
"She was planning to come together with President Juncker. Due to the cancellation of Juncker's visit, Mogherini has also decided to postpone her visit," Stulik said.
A new date of the visit will be announced later.
Juncker cancelled his visit due to health concerns.
