The date of the meeting was announced by French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius and his Ukrainian counterpart Pavlo Klimkin after talks in Paris on Wednesday, according to Russian news agency TASS.

"I am glad that the four ministers will meet on Monday to discuss the situation with the implementation of the ceasefire and the withdrawal of weapons," Klimkin said.

According to him, the agenda of the meeting will include, among other things, "Ukrainian initiatives aimed at achieving real de-escalation." The "humanitarian aspect" of the Donbas crisis should also become a priority of the work, Klimkin added.

"We'll be able to meet soon again to revisit all issues making up this topic," Fabius said in turn.

"France's position remains unchanged – we insist on the full-scale implementation of all the clauses of the Minsk agreement according to the schedule," he added.

Fabius also announced a visit of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk, who are to arrive in Paris on April 22.

"France continues to support Ukraine, and this visit will open opportunities for discussing our positions that are coming closer together," he added.
