Government decree No. 190 approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on April 8 sets a three-day period for state registration of immovable property rights, and a five-day period for state registration with the issuance of the certificate of title to the property, as well as state registration of ownership of the enterprise as a single property complex.
According to the annex to the decree, the fee for such services is set at double the rate of the administrative fee for the state registration of property rights and ownership of property, respectively.
The government has also established a double-rate fee for a shorter period for providing information from the state register of immovable property rights in paper form - within an hour from the moment of the statement’s registration.
According to the document, state registration of encumbrances will be carried out within two hours, and the fee for this service is set at the same amount as the administration fee for state registration of encumbrance.
The reduced terms of state registration of immovable property rights and the encumbrances are to enter into force two months after the publication of this decree.
