US-Ukrainian writer and independent movie producer Damian Kolodiy speaks with Ukraine Today about his new documentary called “Freedom of Death” which gives an insight into the days of the EuroMaidan events in Ukrainian capital Kyiv which have eventually led to the ouster of Ukraine’s disgraced ex-president Yanukovich.
It is noted that many movie makers represented at the sixth Odesa International Film Festival also decided to focus on events of the Revolution of Dignity in Ukraine and subsequent Russian aggression in Ukrainian east, according to Ukraine Today.
