A total of 90 employees of the State Traffic Police (DAI) in the city of Kharkiv have been dissolved, according to TSN.ua, with reference to the press service of the Interior Ministry.
"Over the next two months, the officers will perform their duties under the current legislation. They will monitor compliance with the traffic rules in the city and provide necessary documentation in case of traffic accidents," the report says.
The new patrol police will start operating in Kharkiv in October 2015 and will perform the functions of the DAI, which is to be disbanded.
