Putin's Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov has said about the absurdity of the accusations against Moscow's failure to implement the Minsk agreements, Russian information agency RIA Novosti has reported.
"We continue to believe that any accusations against Moscow’s failure to implement the Minsk agreements are absurd. Russia is not a party to the conflict on the territory of Ukraine and it is not obliged to comply with the Minsk accords. It is about the time frame," Peskov said.
At the same time, he again accused Kyiv of violating the Minsk agreements.
