President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko emphasized the necessity of developing and introducing new requirements of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) on measures to be done in occasions of "hybrid" war, annexation of territories and related terrorist activity, the press service of the head of state reported referring to President's telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte.
The parties also discussed further joint actions on the establishment of optimal mechanism for bringing to justice the perpetrators of the MH17 tragedy. They agreed that final decision on such mechanism would be approved on the basis of the results of criminal investigation carried out jointly by Ukraine, the Netherlands, Australia, Malaysia and Belgium.
