According to preliminary conclusions of international observers and non-governmental organizations, there was no misuse of the administrative resource during the local elections, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said during a joint press conference with U.S. Secretary of Commerce Penny Pritzker.
"I am pleased to note that, according to preliminary conclusions of the international observers and non-governmental organizations, there was neither misuse of the administrative resource; nor administrative pressureon the will of citizens," the President said.
