U.S. does not recognize and will never recognize the attempts of the Russian Federation to annex Crimea, and will continue to stand together with Ukraine against the Russian aggression, U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden said on Tuesday while addressing the Verkhovna Rada, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
"Today, Russia is occupying sovereign Ukrainian territory. Let me be crystal clear. The United States does not, will not and never will recognize Russia's annexation of Crimea. It's that simple," Biden said.
In addition, Biden said that his country would continue to stand together with Ukraine against the Russian aggression.
