The sequence of implementation of provisions of the Minsk agreements must be decided by all interested parties, not Russian President Vladimir Putin, that’s according to Knut Fleckenstein, Vice President of the Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats in the European Parliament.
"Both points – the reinstatement of control of the state border by Ukraine and Ukrainian constitutional reform providing for decentralization – are part of the Minsk agreements and have thus already been agreed by the parties concerned,” Fleckenstein has told UNIAN commenting on Putin’s recent interview with the German Bild.
