Talks on finding a diplomatic solution to stem the conflict in eastern Ukraine are continuing in Minsk today, January 20, within the framework of a Trilateral Liaison Group, according to Ukraine Today.
Representatives from Ukraine, Russia and Europe's OSCE watchdog are meeting to negotiate, among other issues, on a signed accord to release more than 50 prisoners, Ukraine Today reported.
This is the second meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group this year.
