The EU will not raise an issue of lifting the anti-Russian sanctions until the Minsk agreements are fully implemented, an UNIAN correspondent in Brussels quoted Dirk Schuebel, Head of Division for bilateral relations with the Eastern Partnership countries in the European External Action Service as saying.
Commenting on the statements of the French Finance Minister Emmanuel Macron about possible lifting of sanctions this summer, Schuebel said that the EU had extended them for six months, until July 31, clearly reiterating “the link to the complete implementation state of implementation of the Minsk agreements if we want to lift them.”
