Negotiations over fighting in eastern Ukraine on Wednesday have resulted in an agreement to de-mine the line of contact and end military exercises in the conflict zone, according to the announcement that came after the trilateral group of representatives from Ukraine, Russia and the OSCE held talks in Minsk, Ukraine Today reported.
But further progress which was expected on freeing Ukrainians held by Russian-backed separatist forces failed to materialize, according to Ukraine Today.
