Kuleba became the representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe / Photo from UNIAN
President Petro Poroshenko has appointed Dmytro Kuleba Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe, according to the president’s website.
The corresponding decree was signed by the Head of State on April 9, the president’s press service reported.
