The self-styled leader of the "DPR," or “Donetsk People’s Republic,” Alexander Zakharchenko has postponed "local elections" until July 24.
Zakharchenko’s decision is sealed with the corresponding decree, published on the pro-militant websites.

According to the "decree", the day of the "elections" is shifted from April 20, 2016, to July 24, 2016.
