The Russian Federation has been strengthening its military groups at the Russian-Ukrainian border, and does not abandon plans to seize Ukraine, according to the Defense Minister of Ukraine, Stepan Poltorak, who spoke at the Ukrainian Defense University today, May 21, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
"We have a clear track of Russia’s efforts to strengthen its military groups on the border with Ukraine. They plan to further expand some of the military units at the Ukrainian border," the minister told reporters after the presentation of a new acting head of the National Defense University, Major General Hennadiy Vorobyev.
