Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has appointed former NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen as his freelance consultant.
Presidential decree No. 225/2016 dated May 27, 2016, was posted on the presidential website.
"To appoint Anders Fogh Rasmussen as advisor to the Ukrainian President on a freelance basis (upon consent)," the decree reads.
