While European countries have tended to normalize relations with Russia, this will not occur at the expense of concessions in matters of principle, in particular Russia's aggression against Ukraine, Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe Dmytro Kuleba said on Radio Liberty.
"I am convinced that there will be no concessions," he said.
At the same time, he advised European politicians to pay attention to the experience of the U.S., in an attempt to reset relations with Russia.
