Spokesperson for the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Mariana Betsa has said that Russia has not complied with any provision of the Minsk agreement in its two years.
"5.09 – 2 years after Minsk protocol. Russia, as a signatory, shows no readiness to implement it and stop its aggression against Ukraine," she wrote on Twitter.
