It was published in two newspapers on Friday
The decree of President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko on the termination of authorities of the Verkhovna Rada of VI convocation has joined into force. The decree was published on Friday, October 10, in Uryadovy Kurier newspaper of the Cabinet of Ministers, and Holos Ukrayiny daily of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Viktor Yushchenko dissolved parliament with his decree signed on October 9. The same day the decree was posted at the official web site of the Ukrainian President.
In line with the decree, the President dissolved parliament and appointed a snap poll on December 7 of the current year. As it is known, the decree joins into force since the day of its publication.
