Chief of Ukraine's SBU Security Service Vasyl Hrytsak has said that the SBU has evidence of Russia's plans to further destabilize the situation in Ukraine, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
According to him, the secret service has gotten letters revealing the plans to destabilize the situation in 10-15 regions of Ukraine in November.

"This information has been found during an operation, so I cannot say more than I've told... We see that the Russian Federation does not give up the idea of destabilizing the situation in Ukraine," Hrytsak said at a briefing in Odesa.
