Should new coalition be not formed in parliament
BYuT faction leader Ivan Kyrylenko is confident that a snap poll is inevitable should no new coalition be formed in parliament.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, I.Kyrylenko claimed this to journalists in the Verkhovna Rada on Thursday.
“If there is no coalition, the snap poll is inevitable”, he said.
In his opinion, the coalition must be formed before November 18, that is, before a regular plenary session of parliament. “As soon as the coalition is formed, the government will resign. The resignation will be immediate”, I.Kyrylenko added.
At the same time, he belies that the break in plenary sessions was announced so that factions may hold talks on the candidacy of Speaker.
I.Kyrylenko did not rule out that a technical speaker may be illegally elected before a new coalition is formed. According to him, a technical Speaker will help pass the necessary legislation, first of all, on financing the snap poll.
