PM Groysman roots for e-governance

E-governance must be an integral part of a public administration reform aimed to improve the quality of services for the population, the Ukrainian Cabinet’s Information and Communication Department quoted Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman as saying.

"One of the components of the public administration reform should become the introduction of e-governance, that would contribute to improving the quality of services provided to the citizens," said Groysman.

Referring to the prospects of the public administration reform in the framework of the Government’s Medium-Term Priority Action Plan until 2020 during a roundtable with experts, the prime minister expressed belief that "e-governance must be an integral part of the public administration reform and entail improved efficiency."

Volodymyr Groysman reminded that in 2014, the State Agency for e-governance had been established. However, there has not been any "breakthrough" in e-governance so far.
