His decision to depend on relations between power branches
Victor Yushchenko has told journalists in Berlin his choice of Ukraine’s next secretary of the National Security and Defense Council will depend on relations between the branches of power, according to the President`s press-office.
“Speaking about who will head the council, I will make this decision in the context of political relations that will be formed in the coalition and in the Parliament-President-Government triangle,” he said.
