Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the Council of Europe Dmytro Kuleba has said that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov mentioned "visa discrimination" of Russians in Russian-occupied Crimea after Ukraine had signed EU visa waivers.
"Sergey Lavrov has just performed a solo program... The author also presented his new hit 'Visa discrimination of Russians in Crimea,'" Kuleba wrote on Facebook on Friday while commenting on Lavrov's statement at a meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Kuleba noted that a visa-free regime for Ukraine took the Russians to the very depths "if they are already 'singing' in this way." In addition, this also says a lot about the mood in Crimea, he said.
