"Today we have particularly focused on the situation in Donbas. We see a real deterioration of the situation with plenty of attacks, and we have a lot of wounded in action, so Russia is now deliberately destabilizing the situation," Klimkin stressed.

"I remain in constant contact with my colleagues, I mean my French and German friends in the "Normandy format." Last night I had a detailed conversation with the France's Foreign Minister [Jean-Yves Le Drian] in order to break this deliberate escalation of the situation on the part of Russia," Klimkin stressed.
