Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in the annexed Crimea and visited the Artek International Children's Center, according to the Russian news agency TASS.
Putin inspected the Artek complex model, which is planned to be built in 2017-2018, TASS reports.
The president was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Olga Golodets, presidential adviser Andrei Fursenko, and Russian-occupied Crimea's "leader" Sergey Aksyonov.
