Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has assured Ukraine is stubbornly fighting for the return of the city of Donetsk.
"We remember you and are fighting hard for your return to Ukraine. I am sure that the Ukrainian anthem will sound again in our Donetsk!" Poroshenko wrote on Twitter on August 27, 2017.
