Protesters rallying outside the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine may try to storm the building using thunderflashes, according to an adviser to the interior minister, Zorian Shkiryak.
"Probably they are counting on the "mob effect." The law enforcers remain calm, while being ready for any challenges and extraordinary situations... The Interior Ministry units are ready to respond correspondingly to any gross violations, only within the limits of their authority. No anti-state provocations will be allowed," Shkiryak wrote on Facebook.
