The World Bank shares the ideas of the Ukrainian Government on the implementation of reform and expresses readiness to support transformations, in particular in the healthcare sector, the Ukrainian Cabinet's press service reports.
Relevant agreements were achieved during a Tuesday meeting in Kyiv between Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman and World Bank Group President Jim Yong Kim.
"I am very much aware that the reform process has been difficult for leaders, but especially for the people of Ukraine. There are many sacrifices and many difficulties. But we, at the World Bank Group, and many people observing Ukraine have been very impressed with the extent of the reform process that has happened during the last few years," said World Bank President Jim Yong Kim.

"We look forward to accompanying Ukraine in finishing that Revolution of Dignity and allowing Ukraine to take its rightful place and leadership among the community of nations. We are betting on Ukraine, and this is one of the biggest bets we have in the entire world. Not only will we continue to support but we will continue to find ways to go beyond the limit in supporting Ukraine," added the WB President.
