Ukrainians account for half of all migrants in the Republic of Poland, according to Deputy Mayor of Gdansk Wieslaw Bielawski, RBC-Ukraine reports.
"I'm excited about Ukrainians, I love them! Ukraine has absolutely fantastic prospects. Ukrainians are wonderful people. Unfortunately, there are problems at the national level based on cultural and historical grounds. Ukrainians make up half of all migrants. We are trying to integrate and engage them," he said at a briefing at the Mayors' Summit in Kyiv, according to RBC-Ukraine.
