Kyiv Mayor Leonid Chernovetskyi approached the Central Electoral Commission to surrender his Verkhovna Rada deputy mandate.
Earlier the CEC had to postpone that matter`s consideration as Mr Chernovetskyi was engaged in lengthy litigation with regard to his election`s legitimacy.
