Ukraine's Deputy Minister for temporarily occupied areas and internally displaced persons Yuriy Hrymchak predicts that the occupied part of Donbas could return to Ukraine in 2018, as the recently passed bill on Donbas reintegration is designed to facilitate the process, according to the Ukrainian language service of Radio Liberty.
"I want this to happen this year, and I hope for it, and I have some information [as to this]. So let's hope for this," Radio Liberty quoted Hrymchak as saying.
