The Party of Regions faction blocked the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, it happened after the lawmakers carried out signal voting concerning considering new edition of Law “On introducing amendments into Budget Code of Ukraine”. Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Lytvyn put this issue for voting in order to clarify “if there is a will of the session hall” to consider this draft law.
During the signal voting 251 lawmakers out of 436 registered lawmakers in the session hall voted “for”. The Party of Regions faction did not vote. 51 lawmakers from the OU-PSD voted “for” and almost all faction of the BYUT, CPU and Lytvyn’s Bloc voted “for”.
