A relevant decree was published on the Ukrainian president’s website.
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has withdrawn Boris Lozhkin from the National Investment Council and appointed Dmytro Shymkiv, a Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, as the Council’s acting head.
A relevant decree (No. 23/2018, Feb 7) was published on the presidential website.
"[This decree has been issued] to withdraw Boris Lozhkin from the National Investment Council and assign temporary performance of the duties of the Council Secretary to Dmytro Anatoliyovych Shymkiv, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, member of the National Investment Council," reads the document.

In addition, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Electric (U.S.) Jamie Miller was approved as member of the National Investment Council (by consent).
