A decision to ban a foreign citizen's entry into Ukraine is taken individually for each person.
The SBU Security Service of Ukraine put 303 foreign citizens on its stoplist between 2014 and 2017.
Russians accounted for the lion's share of them, the news portal 112.ua said.
The number did not include individuals involved in terrorist activity.

The list of persons designated as those posing a threat to national security is drawn up on the basis of appeals from the National Security and Defense Council, the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting.
As UNIAN reported earlier, the State Border Service in 2017 decided to deny entry to almost 1,500 foreigners, including more than one hundred singers and other cultural figures. They were put on the stoplist after visits to the Russian-annexed Crimea in violation of Ukrainian laws.
