President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko says that there are no grounds for introducing of the state of emergency in Ukraine.
The head of the state said this in the interview to 5 Kanal, on Sunday.
At the same time he underlined that he would like the government to demonstrate adequate actions, and “not to make PR activity”.
According to his words, the World Health Organization warned in April of the current year that pandemia of flu has started in the world.
The President noted that every country had to take measures for prevention of epidemic.
According to his persuasion, Ukraine was not ready, there were no relevant laboratories for diagnosis, test-systems, ect.
