It is impossible to fabricate ballots for voting during the first tour of election.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, director of printing plant “Ukraina” Valentyn Muzyka said this to journalists today.
“We believe that this year’s ballot is highly protected and there are practically no chances to fabricate it”, he said.
He also noted that the ballots are made of specially protected paper of French production. There are watermarks with inscriptions “Ukraine. Election 2010” on ballots.
Moreover, there are special elements of graphical protection on the ballots, which are impossible to fabricate.
