Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn says that on April 13 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will adopt a law on State Budget 2010 without discussion if the BYUT faction continues blocking the rostrum.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, V. Lytvyn said this during the news conference.
