Yushchenko wants to know how to resolve arguments between government and President

Victor Yushchenko is going to ask the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to interpret a few articles of the Code of Administrative Court Proceedings so that courts of general jurisdiction should know how to resolve arguments between the government acting as a plaintiff and the President of Ukraine acting as a defendant, Deputy Secretariat Chief of Staff Ihor Pukshyn told a press conference on Wednesday, according to the President`s press-office.

Mr. Pukshyn claimed that the government cannot bring administrative suits before courts of general jurisdiction.
