First President of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk asks current President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych to take measures to prevent violence against animals in Ukraine.
It is said in an open letter of L. Kravchuk, posted at a blog at the web site of Ukrainska Pravda.
L. Kravchuk notes that today Animal Protection Organizations from foreign countries are concerned about violent methods of killing of homeless animals in Ukraine.
