Former President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko regularly communicates with current President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych. Press secretary of V. Yushchenko Iryna Vannikova said this.
“Victor Andreevich regularly communicates with all influential politicians in Ukraine. This is a fact. Particularly, he has telephone talks with Victor Yanukovych. And it is not a secret”, she said.
I. Vannikova noted that it is normal for maintenance of a dialogue between power and opposition.
According to her words, V. Yushchenko regularly communicates with President of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili, former President of the USA Bill Clinton and former President of Lithuania Valdas Adamkus, he also has friendly relations with other current and former leaders of states.
