Former deputy Kyiv Mayor Irena Kilchitska believes that Kyiv Mayor Leonid Chernovetskyi has nothing to do with the resignation of Secretary of Kyiv Council Oles Dovgyi.
She said this in an interview to “Segodnya” newspaper.
